The Service Centre provides information about municipal services, directions, guidance in filling out applications, makes decisions in certain regulated areas, assists in processing claims and making tax information available.

Whatever questions or complaints you may have, we promise to give you a satisfactory response at the Service Centre.

If we cannot help you on the spot, we will take the responsibility to refer you to the proper muncipal agency.
